We have carefully planned out each day to give you the best possible experience. From exploring historic landmarks to tasting delicious local cuisine, each day is packed with adventure and excitement. Join us as we take you on a journey through some of the most fascinating destinations in the Sri Lanka.

Meal Plan: Breakfast

After arrival, our driver-guide will take you to Jetwing Lagoon hotel. (One of Bawa’s original hotel projects)

Highlights: Visit fish market, city tour.

Transfer to Kandalama Hotel in Dambulla, where you’ll spend two days exploring the sights while based at Bawa’s terrific Kandalama hotel.

Highlights: Climb Lion Rock Fortress, tour at Kandalama Hotel, Habarana village tour

Meal Plan: Breakfast

Transfer to Kandy. En route visit spice garden in Matale and have a complementary Ayurvedic foot massage.

Experience the cultural dance show in Kandy.

Stay at Elephants Stable Kandy.

Highlights: Temple of Sacred Tooth Relic, spice garden Matale, cooking a Sri Lankan meal, Kandy view point, Kandy Lake, tea factory Visit, gem museum visit.

Transfer to Colombo. Explore the capital city.

Finish the day with dinner at Paradise Road Café, not just a great spot for a meal but also Bawa’s old office.

Transfer to Bentota. During your time here, you’ll get to explore Lunaganga, another of Bawa’s homes, and the place that inspired him to study architecture.

Meal Plan: Breakfast

Transfer to Tangalle. En route from Lunuganga to The Last House, you’ll stop for lunch at The Lighthouse Hotel, one of Bawa’s final projects.

Highlights: Galle Fort, turtle hatchery and stilt fishing.
